Terms of Use — testing draft
1. Draft and operator
NËSHPI is a product by Kaviora Technologies, operated by KAVIORA TECHNOLOGIES SHPK (NUIS M61628038K), Rruga Muhedin Llagani, Kompleksi Square21, Shkalla 3, Ap.11, Tiranë, Albania. Contact: hello@kaviora.tech. These terms govern private testing. They require human legal and translation review before commercial use; this draft does not announce a public service launch.
2. Your account
Use an account only if you are at least 18 and authorized to arrange the relevant service. Give accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Creating an account does not approve a worker, guarantee jobs or create a promise of income.
3. Bookings and prices
Read the service description, quoted price and currency, appointment, address and available payment method before confirming. Changes require a clear updated agreement. Test bookings and recorded cash or earnings entries do not transfer money. Online charging, automatic refunds and payouts are not currently activated.
4. Changes and withdrawal
Use the available cancellation controls or email hello@kaviora.tech with your booking reference and a clear statement of withdrawal. Mandatory Albanian consumer rights, including applicable distance-contract withdrawal rights, remain intact. No undisclosed cancellation fee applies. Signup alone is not a request to begin a service early or waive withdrawal rights.
5. Safe and respectful use
Describe the job and access conditions accurately. Do not request unlawful or unsafe work, harass others or upload unrelated private information. Worker approval is not a guarantee of insurance, licensing or criminal-background checks. NËSHPI is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate emergency authorities when needed.
6. Messages, evidence and complaints
Booking messages preserve the original text and language. Before/after photos support job verification and authorized dispute handling; avoid people and unrelated documents. Report service concerns to hello@kaviora.tech. Customer completion confirmation does not remove non-waivable rights or prevent a genuine complaint.
7. Access, responsibility and changes
We may restrict misuse or unsafe activity proportionately and provide a route to raise concerns through support. Nothing excludes mandatory liability or consumer remedies. Provider identity, commercial terms and material changes must be disclosed before relevant commercial bookings. Keep a copy of the version you accept.
