Privacy Notice — testing draft

This testing-stage notice concerns NËSHPI, a product by Kaviora Technologies. This draft and its translations require human review before commercial release; it does not claim certification or completed legal approval.
2. Information we process
Depending on your role, we process account and language preferences, service addresses, appointments, booking history, worker identity/qualification submissions, availability, messages, job photos, financial records and security logs. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information. We do not currently collect card numbers through an activated payment gateway.
3. Why and on what basis
Information supports accounts, requested bookings, worker review, service delivery, support and dispute handling. Relevant bases may include steps toward a contract, contract performance, legal obligations and proportionate legitimate interests in security. Optional consent-based activities require a separate choice; accepting terms is not blanket marketing consent.
4. Who can access information
Booking participants and authorized operators receive the information necessary for their tasks. Private documents and photos have access controls. Infrastructure providers process data for hosting and authentication. Supabase project data is hosted in Frankfurt; this does not mean every hosting log or identity-provider operation occurs there.
5. International processing and retention
Where processing occurs outside Albania, applicable transfer safeguards must be established and explained. Retain information only for account/service needs, documented legal duties and proportionate dispute or security purposes. Final retention schedules and transfer arrangements need review before launch; this draft does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
6. Your choices and rights
Contact hello@kaviora.tech to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, or withdraw optional consent. We may verify identity and retain information where legally required. You may complain to Albania’s Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data at idp.al.
7. Messages, providers and changes
Messages are not currently sent to third-party AI translation services. Google and Apple sign-in are not yet activated; their relevant identity disclosures must accompany activation. We do not claim optional advertising or marketing delivery is enabled. Material privacy changes will be communicated; keep this version for reference.
8. House location
Location is optional and collected only when you choose it. Your saved pin and arrival instructions are shared with the assigned professional and authorized operators. No background tracking. Opening Google Maps shares this address or pin with Google. Maps handles navigation and its own location permissions.
